We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Manager, approved by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Safety Management System (SMS) across our organization.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GCAA regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and continuously enhancing safety performance. The Safety Manager will lead safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, providing expert recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
Additionally, the Safety Manager will conduct regular training sessions for staff to ensure safety awareness and adherence to best practices. They will collaborate closely with all departments to align safety objectives with operational goals, ensuring a seamless integration of safety processes.

Essential Criteria:
- 10+ years of experience in Aviation Safety Management
- Handling all ongoing safety issues, safety performance and risk assessment within the organization
- Maintaining Safety Management System documentation and records
- Handling incident/accident investigation and Safety trainings
- Extensive aircraft knowledge is a plus
Desirable Criteria:
- Masters/bachelor’s degree in related field
- In-depth understanding of Aviation Safety Management System
- Knowledgeable with General Civil Aviation Authority Regulations
- Knowledge of Aviation Regulations (CAR SMS, CAR-AIR OPS, CAR M, CAR 145, etc.)
