Who is accountable
Many companies arrange private flights. Fewer hold the certificate that permits them to operate the aircraft. ASM Air does. Our name is on the operator certificate. Our team employs and trains the crew. Our CAMO carries the airworthiness responsibility. Our operations desk dispatches every flight.
When something needs deciding at 2am, the decision sits with the same organisation that holds the certificate.
Crew standards
Crew standards decide safety outcomes. Every crew member goes through background checks, licence verification and experience reviews before joining an aircraft. Crews follow recurrent simulator training and emergency drills. Licences, medicals and certifications are monitored to support timely renewals. Crew operate under GCAA oversight. Read more about crew management.
Airworthiness discipline
ASM Air’s in-house CAMO plans maintenance, tracks airworthiness directives and service bulletins, and keeps technical records. Physical maintenance and release to service are carried out by appropriately approved organisations. Read more about CAMO services.
Flight watch
Every ASM Air flight is monitored from departure to arrival, 24/7. Flight planning, permits, handling and fuel are coordinated for each leg. Read more about trip support.
