ASM Air provides aircraft management, CAMO, crew management and related aviation services. Charter enquiries, quotations, itineraries and passenger arrangements may be handled by ASM Charter or another authorised entity within the Aviation Services Management group.

The Website provides general information about ASM Air, its fleet, capabilities, Services and related aviation topics. It also allows visitors to submit enquiries and access contact information.

Website content is provided for general informational and business-enquiry purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, confirmed booking, operational approval, technical instruction or professional advice.

  • Reserve or hold an aircraft;

  • Confirm a charter booking;

  • Guarantee that ASM Air can accept the proposed operation; or

A binding arrangement exists only when the relevant contracting entity has issued or accepted the required written agreement, any applicable conditions have been satisfied, and confirmation has been provided.

6. Charter Enquiries

Private-charter enquiries, quotations, itineraries and passenger arrangements may be referred to and managed by ASM Charter or another authorised company within the Aviation Services Management group.

The entity issuing the charter quotation or agreement will be the contracting party identified in that document. Its charter terms, payment conditions and cancellation provisions will govern the transaction.

These Website Terms do not replace the terms of any charter quotation, charter agreement or carriage arrangement.

Charter availability remains subject to factors including:

  • Aircraft and crew availability;

  • Operator acceptance;

  • Permits and regulatory approvals;

  • Airport and slot availability;

  • Weather and operational conditions;

  • Maintenance status;

  • Passenger, baggage and route requirements; and

  • Payment and contractual confirmation.

7. Aircraft and Fleet Information

Aircraft photographs, registrations, descriptions, layouts, seating capacities, range figures, dimensions, cabin features and performance data are provided for general guidance.

Actual aircraft configuration, equipment, appearance and availability may vary. An image may represent a particular aircraft or cabin configuration that is not available for every proposed flight.

Published range and performance figures are approximate and can be affected by payload, passengers, baggage, fuel, routing, weather, winds, runway conditions, airport elevation, regulatory reserves and other operational factors.

Final aircraft suitability and availability must be confirmed for each mission.
