6. Charter Enquiries
Private-charter enquiries, quotations, itineraries and passenger arrangements may be referred to and managed by ASM Charter or another authorised company within the Aviation Services Management group.
The entity issuing the charter quotation or agreement will be the contracting party identified in that document. Its charter terms, payment conditions and cancellation provisions will govern the transaction.
These Website Terms do not replace the terms of any charter quotation, charter agreement or carriage arrangement.
Charter availability remains subject to factors including:

Actual aircraft configuration, equipment, appearance and availability may vary. An image may represent a particular aircraft or cabin configuration that is not available for every proposed flight.

Final aircraft suitability and availability must be confirmed for each mission.
