7. International Data Transfers

Aviation services frequently involve participants located in different countries. Personal data may therefore be transferred to or accessed from countries outside the United Arab Emirates when necessary to respond to an enquiry, provide a Service, manage an international operation or work with a service provider.

Unsuccessful recruitment applications will normally be retained only for the period necessary to complete the recruitment process or consider the applicant for suitable future vacancies, subject to applicable law and any consent required.

We may request information to verify Your identity before processing the request. We will use such information only for verification and request-handling purposes.

If You believe a child has submitted personal data to ASM Air without appropriate authorisation, please contact Us so that We can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

17. Automated Decision-Making

ASM Air does not intend to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing of personal data collected through general Website enquiries.

If this practice changes, We will provide appropriate information and safeguards as required by applicable law.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ASM Air may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in:

  • The Website;
